You can buy a Delta Sky Club Membership if you are a Delta SkyMiles Medallion Member. To get in, you need to have a same-day flight on Delta.
Eligible Delta Flight Ticket Holders
If you are flying Delta One or have a SkyTeam Premium Cabin ticket for the same day, you can enter the lounge. Delta Medallion Members in any cabin with a same-day Delta flight can also access it. Some Elite Status Holders from LATAM, Virgin Atlantic, and WestJet can enter too, if they have a same-day international ticket.
